A clear view of the data.
Displayed reductions are drawn only from approved source records that meet the configured qualification rules.
What the amounts mean
The displayed amount is the previous verified asking price minus the asking price at the snapshot date. Purchase-price filters apply to asking prices at the snapshot date, not reduction amounts. Upper range boundaries are exclusive: a $600,000 asking price belongs in the $600K–$800K range.
Approximate geography
Pins show broad geographic areas, with locations generalized to at least 1,000 meters and rounded again before display. Pins are not exact property positions. No street addresses, listing identifiers, property photographs, or private source references appear in the public map.
Freshness and availability
The public map shows a historical sample of asking-price reductions. Source verification times and freshness checks are maintained internally. Records must have been Active at the sample’s source verification time, and outdated samples are hidden; a later import does not reset their source verification time. Prices and availability may have changed. A failed or incomplete refresh suppresses map points while retaining source records for review. This is not a claim of real-time availability. Requested lists are prepared separately by the broker through the MLS, with current details checked before the broker emails the list. Map-source records are not used to deliver that list.
A starting point, not a valuation
A price reduction does not establish market value, guarantee a bargain, or imply foreclosure or distress. Availability and prices may change. Evaluate any property on its own merits with appropriate professional guidance.
