These terms describe the configured home-search experience. The operator identity, source-data permissions, and final terms must be confirmed before public launch.

About this experience

This site helps visitors explore approximate areas where asking prices have been reduced and request a matching property list. It is operated by the real estate business identified in the site’s required disclosures. The map is for general orientation and does not identify a particular property unless the operator is authorized to provide those details.

Price and property information

A displayed reduction is the verified difference between a previous asking price and the current asking price. It is not an appraisal, a statement of market value, a promise of a bargain, or a guarantee that a property is still available. Prices, listing status, and other details can change. Review any property information independently and confirm current details with a licensed real estate professional.

Approximate map pins are generalized and should not be treated as exact property locations. Demonstration information is illustrative and is not actual inventory.

Property-list requests

Submitting the form requests the matching list by email. First name and email are required; phone is optional. A list request does not enroll you in marketing email or text messages, and submitting a request alone does not create a buyer-broker representation agreement. See the Privacy policy for how request information is handled.

The broker prepares your requested list separately through the MLS and checks current property details before emailing it. The public map and its data source do not supply your requested list. Submitting the form confirms receipt of your request, not delivery of a list.

Permitted use

Use the site for your personal home search. Do not use it to scrape, copy, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit property or listing information. Third-party property information is subject to its source rules and data permissions. These terms do not expand those permissions.

Site materials

Site design, original text, and original graphics belong to their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. Third-party data, map content, and marks remain the property of their respective owners and may have separate terms or attribution requirements. “All rights reserved” does not claim ownership of third-party material.

Availability and changes

The operator may update or pause the experience as data, availability, or service conditions change. Nothing on this site guarantees that a particular property, price, service, or response time will be available.

Optional request-related text messages

You may separately choose to receive texts from Cali Dreamz Real Estate about the status of your requested property list and replies to your questions. This does not authorize marketing texts or recurring listing alerts. Text consent is optional and is not required to receive the free list or make a purchase. Message frequency varies.
